Anel is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 19 years’ experience in the financial services and mining sectors.   Anel completed her articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, after which she joined two leading financial services companies, spending time both in South Africa and the United Kingdom.

Throughout her career, Anel gained valuable experience in capital raising, due diligence, BBBEE transactions, balance sheet restructuring, financial modeling and sustainability overviews.  Over the last 7 years, she has worked mainly in the Manganese Alloys and Ore industries.  Anel holds a B. Com Accounting, B. Com Accounting (Honors), CTA.
