Ramsy Shika is a Human Resource professional with 18 years’ experience in the mining industry of which 10 years were in management roles in different operations.

She has gathered over the years a diverse well-balanced experience in the HR field ranging from workforce planning, Employee Relations, Resourcing, placement, human resource development, talent management and retention, succession planning, HR budget controlling, HR/ER trends analysis, benchmarking, Organisational Effectiveness, Change management and performance management. This varied extent of exposure has provided excellent base and overall background thereby facilitating meaningful decision-making, HR and operational leadership capabilities setting and enforcing governance and ensuring alignment to group strategy.

Ramsy holds a BA Hons in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and has acquired a Performance Management Excellence Qualification through GIBBS and is currently studying Executive MBA in Human Resources.
